Training in ITIL
Staff of ITS has completed the official course of ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library), standard of the industry's best practices, that we have incorporated to our procedures some months ago.
ITIL defines 10 processes for the support and production of IT services and presents guides for their implementation. These guides were prepared based on the best practices of companies in different sectors and have been updated along time.
