Methodology
The standardization of processes and the management is critical to achieve continuous improvement, lower costs and more efficacy. We are based on standards and best practices, among which we may mention ISO 9000, COBIT and ITIL. We try to adapt them on a practical and efficient manner to the reality of our customers. The standardization of technology is vital to simplify the infrastructure, maintaining a controlled environment, with high availability and low costs.

Our processes are based on management and follow-up tools that provide:

- Standardization of processes, making the service uniform.
