Our company has three Engineers with Masters in Business Administration (MBA) and important careers in managerial positions at local companies. This enables us to incorporate to our processes, the management approach and not to remain only with the technological approach. We try to understand technology as a support to achieve the companies’ objectives, and not as an objective itself. We have capacity to adapt solutions to the reality of the company and of the market.

The management of human resources, communications and relationships between different stakeholders are other fundamental aspects of an integral service, such as the one provided by ITS. The definition of adequate indicators to control the management plays a key role in the management of any computer center.
